Version 2.3
- Removed all sounds saying "20 seconds left before X zone is electrified".
- All announcer sounds are lowered with 70%.
- The start area is disabled and players will always spawn directly in to the map.
- I hope a fixed a bug where some textures became invisible.

Faster timers and removing of background sound.

Normal speed: Orange - 50, red - 85, blue 115 and green at 140 seconds.
Faster speed: Orange - 30, red - 55, blue 75 and green at 95 seconds.
